Production and fabrication is the physical build: production design and engineering drawings, bespoke pavilions and exhibition stands, scenic and staging elements, and complex mockups. ONE PASS manufactures in-house rather than subcontracting, which keeps build quality and build dates under its own control.
The difference between a rendering and a delivered build is engineering. A concept that looks correct on screen still has to carry load, pass a venue's rigging and safety requirements, break down into transportable sections, and be assembled by a crew working to a schedule inside a live venue.
ONE PASS works from concept through to engineering drawings, fabrication, finishing, transport, and site installation. Because manufacturing happens in-house, a change requested late in the programme is a workshop decision rather than a renegotiation with an external builder — which is usually the difference between absorbing a change and missing a date.
The clearest example in the portfolio is the Al Jubail corvette mockup produced for the World Defense Show: a large-scale physical mockup that had to be engineered, fabricated, transported, and installed to a fixed exhibition deadline.

Is fabrication done in-house or subcontracted?
In-house. That is the point of the service — it keeps build quality and, more importantly, build dates under ONE PASS's own control instead of a third party's production queue.
Can ONE PASS build from our designer's concept?
Yes. A common starting point is a creative concept from the client's agency, which ONE PASS then takes through buildability review, engineering drawings, fabrication, and installation.
How far in advance does fabrication need to be confirmed?
Fabrication is usually the longest lead item on an event, because drawing approval, material procurement, and build all happen in sequence. It should be locked earlier than almost anything else in the project.
Does ONE PASS install on site as well as build?
Yes. Transport, sectional delivery, on-site assembly, snagging, and the controlled dismantle at the end are all part of the same scope.
Can elements be reused for a future event?
Where the design allows it, yes — elements can be built for demount and storage, and a condition report is issued at dismantle. Whether reuse is practical depends on how site-specific the original build was.
