Event Types

The event formats OnePass executes

OnePass works by format rather than by category label. What changes between a tournament, a national ceremony, a cultural programme, a defense exhibition, an activation, and a launch is the build, the audience flow, and how unforgiving the date is — not the services. Each page below sets out what OnePass delivers directly, what it coordinates with appointed parties, and what stays outside its scope.

Most event suppliers are described by what they own — a truck fleet, a workshop, a lighting inventory. That tells a client very little about whether a specific event will open on time. What decides that is the format: how much has to be built, how many people arrive at once, how many parties have to be sequenced through one set of doors, and whether the date can move.

These pages are written around those differences. A street-circuit weekend and an awards ceremony use overlapping services in almost opposite proportions; a defense exhibition mockup and a brand activation are both fabrication work, but one is engineered to a published hall specification and the other to a host venue's access window.

Every page names the confirmed OnePass work behind it where such work exists, states plainly where a project is cited as transferable proof rather than as sector history, and marks the boundary where OnePass's responsibility ends and the client's, the organiser's, or an authority's begins.

Common to every format

What does not change
between event types.

Formats differ. The four constraints below apply to all of them, and they are what the execution model is built around.

01
The date is fixed

Guests are invited, halls are booked, and programmes are published. Almost nothing else on an event is as unmovable as the opening, which is why every schedule is built backwards from it.

02
One build window

Venues release the space late and take it back early. The order in which suppliers arrive decides whether that window is enough — and no single supplier can sequence the others.

03
One accountable team

Management, fabrication, AVL, operations, and logistics are delivered by OnePass rather than split across vendors who each answer for their own scope only.

04
A stated scope boundary

Permits, security licensing, rights, customs, and creative ownership are not OnePass's to hold. Every page says so, so the gaps are visible during planning rather than during the build.

Published event types

Formats with a published page,
and the work behind each.

A format is published here only once OnePass has confirmed work to describe under it. Others are delivered without a dedicated page — ask directly.

Sports Events

For sports events, OnePass delivers the environment around the competition: technical infrastructure, logistics and load sequencing, site operations, crowd flow, and activation builds.

View page →
Government Events

For government and national events, OnePass delivers the executable side of the programme: event management, production and in-house fabrication, AVL systems, crowd and site operations, and logistics, run against one build schedule.

View page →
Cultural Events

For cultural events and festivals, OnePass delivers production and in-house fabrication, large-scale branding and dressing, AVL systems, and crowd and site operations across a programme that runs for days rather than hours.

View page →
Brand Activations

For brand activations, OnePass builds the environment and runs it: bespoke sets and structures fabricated in-house, AVL systems, transport and installation within the access window, and on-site experience management once it opens.

View page →
Defense Exhibitions

For defense and industrial exhibitions, OnePass delivers technical engineering, in-house fabrication, transport, and site installation of pavilions and large physical mockups, plus the AVL systems and stand operations that run inside them.

View page →
Corporate Events

OnePass executes corporate events in Saudi Arabia — awards ceremonies, gala dinners, town halls, annual meetings, employee and executive events, corporate celebrations, and company conferences.

View page →
Product Launches

A launch event is built around one moment, and OnePass delivers what that moment depends on: scenic and stage fabrication, the reveal mechanism itself, AVL and show control, cued technical rehearsal, guest registration and arrival flow, and a load-in schedule that finishes before doors rather than during them.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about
Event Types.

Does OnePass only deliver the event types listed here?

No. A dedicated page is published only where there is confirmed work to describe under that format. Conferences, corporate and internal events, roadshows, and ceremonies are delivered through the same services and can be discussed directly even where no page exists yet.

How do I know which page applies to my event?

Choose by what has to be built and who arrives, not by the label. A launch with a seated audience and one reveal moment behaves like a ceremony; a multi-week branded environment behaves like an activation, whatever it is called internally.

Can services be engaged without the full event scope?

Yes. Each of the services can be engaged on its own — fabrication only, AVL only, logistics only — and each service page states what that looks like in practice.

Does OnePass obtain permits or provide licensed security?

No. OnePass is not a licensed security provider and does not obtain event permits. It plans and runs the operation, and coordinates with the client's appointed security providers and the relevant authorities.

How early should planning start?

It depends on how much has to be fabricated and how fixed the venue window is. The determining question is when the build has to be finished, not when the event opens — the timeline is worked backwards from the load-in slot.

Know the format.
Not sure about the scope?

Send the event dates, the venue, and what has to be built. The team will tell you which services the format actually needs and what it does not.
