An exhibition or conference is unusual among events because two clocks run at once. There is the visitor-facing programme — sessions, keynotes, opening ceremony — and there is the venue clock: a fixed load-in window, a fixed dismantle deadline, and a queue of other contractors competing for the same doors and the same forklift.
ONE PASS plans against both. The floor plan is treated as an operations document rather than a layout drawing: where people enter, where they bottleneck, how exhibitors reach their stands during build, and how the space clears at the end of each day.

Does ONE PASS build the stands as well as run the event?
Yes. Pavilions, stands, and scenic elements are engineered and fabricated in-house under Production & Fabrication, then installed and operated as part of the same project rather than subcontracted to a separate builder.
Can ONE PASS work as the exhibitor rather than the organiser?
Yes. Both sides are supported — delivering a single pavilion or stand inside someone else's exhibition, or running the whole show floor as the organiser's execution partner.
How early does an exhibition project need to start?
It depends on the build. A bespoke pavilion is constrained by fabrication and drawing approvals, which is the long lead item; a conference with rented staging can move faster. The venue's load-in window is usually the hardest fixed date to plan against.
Who handles registration and badging?
ONE PASS designs and runs the registration and accreditation flow on site, including the queue layout and staffing. The registration platform itself is normally the client's system, which ONE PASS operates against.
What happens between show days on a multi-day event?
An overnight reset schedule covers cleaning, restocking, technical checks, and any reconfiguration, so the space opens the next morning in a known state rather than in whatever condition it was left.
