A defense exhibition stand is closer to a construction package than to event decor. The centrepiece is often a physical replica of a real platform, and it has to be engineered to be structurally sound, transportable in sections, and assembled inside a hall with fixed door sizes, floor loading limits, and a build schedule shared with every other exhibitor.
The deadline is the hardest constraint in the category. An exhibition opens on a published date to an invited audience; there is no version of the project where fabrication runs a week late and the stand opens anyway.

Why a mockup
is an engineering job.
A large replica carries its own weight, wind load where it is open, and the load of anyone walking on or through it. That is engineered, not styled.
Nothing is built at final size in the hall. Sections have to fit the transport, the doors, and the crane or forklift available on the day.
Floor loading, rigging points, height limits, and build hours come from the organiser and the venue. The design has to be approved against them before fabrication starts.
An exhibition opens when it opens. The fabrication schedule is reverse-engineered from that date with the installation window protected, not borrowed from.
