Exhibition stand design, fabrication, and installation
OnePass builds and runs exhibition stands for companies exhibiting at someone else's show. The scope covers stand design and structural engineering, in-house fabrication, submitting the stand drawings for organiser approval, transport and load-in inside the venue's build window, AVL inside the stand, daily stand operations, then dismantle and handback. Space booking and exhibitor registration stay with the exhibitor.
Exhibiting is a different job from organising. The show dates, the hall, the aisle widths, the maximum build height, the rigging rules, and the load-in slot are all set by someone else, and the exhibitor inherits them. What is left to decide is what gets built in that space, whether it clears approval, and whether it is standing and working when the doors open.
OnePass works on the exhibitor side of that line. Stand design is engineered rather than rendered: sections sized to fit the hall doors, weights checked against floor loading, and finishes chosen for a structure that will be assembled, used for a few days, dismantled, and often stored for the next show.
Fabrication is done in-house, which is what keeps the drawing, the finish, and the delivery date answerable to one team. Organiser submissions, the load-in sequence, the stand's own AVL, and the daily reset during show days are handled as one package rather than split across a designer, a joinery shop, and an AV rental firm.
What this service
actually covers.
- Stand concept developed against the booked space type: shell scheme, space-only, island, or double-decker
- Structural engineering and production drawings
- Submission pack for organiser and venue approval, and responses to their comments
- Graphics, branding, and finish specification
- In-house fabrication of stand structure, joinery, and scenic elements
- Sectioning and packing for transport to the hall
- Transport, load-in, and assembly inside the published build window
- AVL inside the stand: screens, sound, lighting, and power distribution
- Daily open-up, reset, and technical checks before doors
- On-call technician and snag response during show hours
- Dismantle, waste removal, and handback to the venue's standard
- Storage of reusable elements between shows
Who this
is for.
Where the organiser manual, the approval deadlines, and the build window are unfamiliar, and missing one of them is expensive to correct on site.
Where nothing is provided but floor area, and every wall, floor, ceiling, and service has to be designed, approved, and built.
Stands carrying real equipment, cutaways, or working demonstrations, where weight, power, and access matter more than decor.
Where a stand that can be dismantled, stored, and reconfigured is worth more than a build that is scrapped after one show.

Questions about
Exhibition Stands.
What is the difference between this and Exhibitions & Conferences?
This page is for the exhibitor: one company, one stand, inside a show run by someone else. Exhibitions & Conferences is the organiser side — running the whole floor, the programme, registration, and the exhibitors on it. Companies that both organise a show and exhibit at others use both.
Can OnePass build from our own designer's stand concept?
Yes. A supplied concept is taken through structural engineering, production drawings, and the organiser submission, and is adjusted where the hall rules, floor loading, or the build window require it. Those changes are raised before fabrication starts, not discovered on site.
Who submits the stand for organiser approval?
OnePass prepares the drawings and the submission pack and answers the organiser's technical comments. The exhibitor remains the contracting party with the show, so approvals and any fees are issued in the exhibitor's name.
Does OnePass handle shipping and customs for exhibits?
Transport within Saudi Arabia and load-in at the venue are handled. Freight forwarding and customs clearance for imported exhibits are coordinated with the exhibitor's appointed agents rather than carried out by OnePass.
Can the stand be reused at the next show?
Yes, if it is designed that way from the start. A stand built for reuse is engineered in demountable sections with replaceable graphics, and elements can be stored between shows. That decision has to be made at design stage, because it changes how the structure is built.
How much does an exhibition stand cost?
There is no standard rate. Cost is driven by the space type and size, build height, how much is custom-fabricated versus modular, AVL content, and how long the build window is. A budget range can be given once the space type, hall, and show dates are known.
