Brand activation build and execution
For brand activations, ONE PASS builds the environment and runs it: bespoke sets and structures fabricated in-house, AVL systems, transport and installation within the access window, and on-site experience management once it opens. Confirmed work includes a bespoke environment build and experience management for a Netflix activation event, and integrated activation and tournament environment execution on the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025. Creative concept ownership, media buying, and campaign strategy sit with the brand and its agency.
An activation is usually built to a creative concept that was designed before anyone checked what the venue allows. The gap between the render and the site — power, rigging points, floor loading, access hours, fire routes — is where activations succeed or quietly fail.
Closing that gap is a fabrication and engineering problem first. A bespoke environment has to be engineered so it can be built off site, transported, installed inside a short window, run for the duration, and removed without damaging the host venue or overrunning into someone else's schedule.
ONE PASS fabricates in-house rather than subcontracting the build, which is what makes the finish and the engineering answerable to one team. The same team installs it, runs the technical systems, and manages the experience on site. The concept and the campaign remain the brand's.
Why activations
fail on the site, not the idea.
An activation usually sits inside a mall, a tournament, or a festival with its own rules, access hours, and neighbours. The host's schedule outranks yours.
Installation often has to happen overnight or between sessions. That has to be designed into the structure — modular, pre-assembled, and liftable through the doors that actually exist.
Visitors stand inside an activation and touch it. Edges, seams, and surfaces are seen at arm's length, which is a fabrication standard rather than a set-dressing one.
Once it opens, someone has to operate the technical systems, keep the queue moving, reset the space, and fix what breaks — for every hour it is open.

- Netflix activation event, 2023 — Bespoke environment build and experience management.
- FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 — Integrated activation and tournament environment execution.
Production and fabrication is the physical build: production design and engineering drawings, bespoke pavilions and exhibition stands, scenic and staging elements, and complex mockups.
View service →AVL covers the technical systems an audience experiences directly: sound reinforcement designed for the room, video and LED display, lighting design and rigging, show control and playback, crew communications, and the power and redundancy planning that keeps all of it running live..
View service →Event logistics is the movement layer: sequencing every supplier's arrival, scheduling transport and load-in against a fixed venue window, storing and tracking equipment, handling materials on site, keeping technical support available during the show, and recovering the site cleanly afterwards..

Questions about
Brand Activations.
What brand activations has ONE PASS delivered?
A bespoke environment build and experience management for a Netflix activation event in 2023, and integrated activation and tournament environment execution on the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025.
Does ONE PASS create the campaign concept?
No. The creative concept, campaign strategy, and media belong to the brand and its agency. ONE PASS engineers, fabricates, installs, and runs the physical activation those decisions call for.
Is fabrication done in-house?
Yes. Bespoke sets, structures, and environments are manufactured in-house rather than subcontracted, which keeps engineering, finish quality, and the build schedule with one team.
Can ONE PASS deliver an activation inside someone else's event?
Yes — that is a common scope. The activation is designed around the host venue's access window, load-in rules, and operating hours, and installed within them.
Who runs the activation once it opens?
ONE PASS can staff and operate it: technical operation, resets, queue and flow management, and maintenance for the duration. Brand ambassadors and talent are usually supplied by the brand or its agency.
What happens at the end of the run?
Removal and site recovery are part of the logistics scope — the space is returned in the condition the host venue requires, within the agreed de-rig window.
