Which form should I use?
Use "Plan an Event" if you need an event delivered, produced, or supported. Use "Join Our Database" to register your professional profile with us. Use "Partner With Us" to introduce a supplier, vendor, or agency. Use "General" for anything else, including media and press.
What kinds of events does OnePass manage?
We support government, corporate, cultural, entertainment, and large-scale public events that require one accountable team across planning, production, and live operations.
When should we involve your team?
The earlier the better. We create more value when we can shape the execution model from the start, align stakeholders, and build contingency plans before production begins.
What should I include in an event inquiry?
Event type, location, an approximate date, expected attendance, and which services you think you need. A budget range is optional but it tells us immediately which production options are realistic. If you already have a brief or an RFP, attach it.
Is OnePass hiring right now?
